Global Data Card Highlights
Coverage in 200+ countries and regions · Plug-and-play, no real-name registration required · Supports both eSIM and physical SIM · Flexible packages by the day · Top up anytime via official website · Fair Usage Policy applies

I. Quick Start Guide

After arriving at your destination, simply follow these steps to get online:

1
Insert the Data Card & Enable Roaming
Insert the global data card into your phone's SIM tray (or scan the eSIM QR code). Go to Settings → Cellular → turn on Data Roaming. Wait a moment, and your device will automatically search for and connect to a local partner network.
2
Wait for Auto-Connection
Under normal circumstances, your device will connect within 1–3 minutes. You'll see signal bars and a carrier name in the top-right corner (e.g., China Mobile, Vodafone, T-Mobile, depending on your destination).
3
Start Browsing
Once connected, open your browser or any app to start using the internet. We recommend visiting Speedtest first to check your connection speed and confirm everything is working properly.

II. Connection Troubleshooting

If your device fails to connect after inserting the data card, please troubleshoot in the following order:

1
Restart Your Phone + Toggle Airplane Mode
This universal fix resolves about 80% of connection issues. Turn on Airplane Mode, wait 10 seconds, then turn it off to force your phone to re-search for networks. If that doesn't work, try restarting your device.
2
Manually Select a Carrier Network
Go to Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → turn off Automatic, then manually select a local partner carrier (e.g., CMCC for China Mobile users, Vodafone / O2 / T-Mobile for Europe). Partner carriers vary by destination, so try a few options if the first one doesn't work.
3
Configure APN Settings
If manual selection still doesn't work, you may need to configure the APN (Access Point Name). Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Network → enter internet or 3gnet in the Cellular Data APN field (check the instruction email sent with your package for the exact parameter). Restart your phone after setting.
4
Contact Customer Support
If none of the above methods work, please note down your phone model, destination country, and SIM card number, then reach out to our technical support team via the online chat or email on our official website. We typically respond within 24 hours.

III. Package Rules & Validity

Understanding how your package is calculated will help you plan your data usage better and avoid unnecessary waste.

1
How Package Days Are Calculated
Package days are counted from the moment of activation, with each full 24-hour period counting as one day. For example, if you purchased a 7-day 10GB package and activated it at 14:00 Beijing Time on June 28, it will expire at 14:00 on July 5.
2
Validity & Expiration Rules
All purchased packages have a fixed validity period. Once expired, any unused data will automatically become invalid and cannot be carried over or refunded. We recommend activating your card 1–2 days before your trip to ensure you have sufficient data throughout your journey.
3
Card Is Reusable
The global data card is reusable. When your current package expires, simply add the card on our official website and purchase a new data package to continue using the service. No need to replace the physical card—eco-friendly and convenient.

IV. Usage Limitations & Important Notes

Before using the global data card, please make sure you understand the following limitations to avoid any impact on your experience:

  • Data service only—voice calls and SMS are not supported
  • Designed for mobile phones; may not work with mobile hotspots (MiFi) or tablets
  • Fair Usage Policy applies; prolonged heavy downloading may trigger speed throttling
  • Service may be unavailable in certain countries/regions due to local regulations
  • eSIM version requires an eSIM-compatible device (iPhone XS or later)
Device Compatibility Notice

The global data card is designed for mobile phones. Inserting it into mobile hotspots (MiFi), tablets, or certain IoT devices may result in failure to connect. Please confirm that your device supports the corresponding carrier frequency bands before purchasing.

V. Fair Usage Policy

The use of global data cards is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This means:

• Your purchased data package is intended for personal, normal use (web browsing, social media, maps, email, etc.)
• Prolonged heavy downloading (e.g., BitTorrent, continuous 4K streaming, cloud backup sync) may trigger carrier speed throttling
• If abnormal usage is detected (e.g., consuming over 50% of your package in a short time), the carrier reserves the right to suspend service
• The Fair Usage Policy exists to ensure a quality experience for all users and prevent bandwidth monopolization

Recommended Usage Guidelines

For the best experience, we suggest avoiding the following high-data activities: streaming 4K video for more than 2 hours continuously, using P2P download tools like BitTorrent, enabling automatic cloud backup, or prolonged live streaming. If you need heavy data usage, consider purchasing a higher-capacity package.
